While it is extremely important to have up-to-date policies and procedures in your business, it is equally important to ensure that your staff have a clear understanding of these policies and procedures. They must also sign an employee record to confirm that they understand same. Moloney HRM will provide the induction training required to ensure all staff are familiar with the specific terms, conditions, policies and procedures of your business.

Customer Care Training:

Our customer care programme will be customised to suit the needs of each individual business. We have developed this program to ensure your staff understand the importance of good customer care, to sharpen their focus and to improve their service and up-selling techniques. In these chastened economic times customers are demanding better value for money and have increased service expectations. Having completed our customer care programme your staff will have the skills to respond more efficiently to the needs of your customers. This will lead to increased customer satisfaction giving your business the competitive edge, increasing vital repeat business and most importantly of all increasing your profits.

Health and Safety:

Our statutory training courses are delivered by fully qualified and accredited trainers, and are designed to ensure legislative compliance in Manual Handling and Food Safety ⁄ HACCP.

  • Manual Handling

Our Manual Handling course is delivered in a single session of approximately 3½ hours, followed by an examination paper to test the participants' understanding. The training session will include a mix of powerpoint presentation, video presentation and trainee participation. The course is valid for a period of 3 years, after which a refresher course is required.

  • Food Safety/HACCP

We offer a full range of Food Safety ⁄ HACCP courses for chefs or food handlers, which can be delivered on-site and cover all statutory requirements in the area of food hygiene. Our courses include:

Food Safety Level 1, Food Safety Level 2, EHOA Primary Course in Food Safety.
